The development team is made up of talent that has worked on several successful games including Bulletstorm and The Witcher 2.


Hard Reset was described by PC Gamer as a mix of The Matrix, Bladerunner and Painkiller. It's a single player game, and has no multiplayer component at all, which means that Flying Wild Hog can focus all their attention on creating a compelling, polished single player campaign.




The game runs on a new engine called Road Hog and is set in a futuristic city called Bezoar. The protagonist's name is Major Fletcher
